Key Responsibilities

Drive business strategies in harmony with company objectives.

Design organizational structures to meet talent demands and ensure seamless operations.

Develop employer branding, attract top talent, and control employee turnover rates.

Forecast talent needs and oversee the hiring process to optimize staffing levels.

Conceptualize and execute employee engagement initiatives to boost morale.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to proactively address employee concerns.

Foster a positive work culture and create an environment that attracts and retains top performers.

Lead human resources processes, including performance management, salary planning, succession planning, and talent management.

Oversee entire HR operations to ensure efficient delivery of services.

Develop leadership development programs aligned with future talent strategies.

Analyze compensation policies, government regulations, and market rates to develop competitive compensation plans and maintain fair compensation systems.

  • 7+ years of experience in human resources, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, payroll, and compliance.
  • Experience in managing HRMS platforms to streamline processes.
  • Excellent people management and leadership skills to drive team success.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Minimum Qualifications: MBA/MSW degree.
