Job Overview:

A highly skilled professional is sought to implement and upgrade Opcenter Execution Medical Device and Diagnostics systems. The ideal candidate should have expertise in system installations, interface configuration, data migrations, and infrastructure understanding within GxP-regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Implementation: Install and upgrade Opcenter components, documenting validation and audit purposes.
  • Interface Configuration: Configure interfaces using Opcenter Connect MOM, Level 2 integrations via OPC UA for machine connectivity, and Level 4 interfaces for SAP MES integration.
  • Master Data Migration: Migrate master data and configurations to higher environments (DEV → QA → PROD).
  • Infrastructure Collaboration: Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure application requirements are met, including network, hosting, and database configurations.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Utilize Siemens standard reporting tools for operational and compliance reports.
  • Modeling Configurations: Support modeling configurations, such as UDCD, Business Rules, and User Queries.
  • Designer and Portal Studio: Work on Designer and Portal Studio for MAP(XML) configurations, workflows, and other MES components.
  • Implementation Evaluation: Evaluate implementation alignment with GxP regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with Siemens Opcenter Execution MDD - Medical Device and Diagnostics (v8.6 or v2410).
  • Strong hands-on experience in component installations and upgrades, interface configurations, master data/configuration migrations, and infrastructure requirements related to MES.
  • Familiarity with standard Siemens MES reporting tools and working knowledge of GxP regulations and validation practices.
Preferred Skills:
  • MES modelling, Experience with Designer and Portal Studio, and Knowledge of Qualification frameworks.
Soft Skills:
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
