Medical Expert Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Expert Consultant to work with our team on cutting-edge AI projects.

  • Job Description:
  • As a Medical Expert Consultant, you will work on fine-tuning large language models using your strong medical knowledge and diagnostic abilities in various fields of medicine.
  • You will break down complex medical cases into clear explanations and ensure AI outputs meet rigorous standards of accuracy, safety, and empathy.

Day-to-Day Tasks:

  • Review complex cases, analyze symptoms, propose diagnoses with supporting explanations and imaging.
  • Explain disease mechanisms using diagrams, charts, and simulations.
  • Manage patient scenarios by interpreting lab results and imaging, explaining treatment choices.
  • Analyze multi-turn patient–clinician dialogues covering emergencies, chronic disease management, preventive care, and more.
  • Assign rubric-based scores to model responses.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Physicians have completed medical school within the last five years. Strong preference for staff physicians, fellows, and senior residents.
  • Internal medicine, emergency medicine, Public Health, Pediatrics, Obstetrics & Gynecology specialization preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of core medical subjects like anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, and clinical medicine.
  • Ability to analyze and solve complex medical problems with a structured approach.
  • Ability to explain medical concepts clearly using simple language, visuals, and simulations when needed.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A laptop/desktop with stable internet and essential tools for collaboration and content review.
  • Knowledge of medical-related software and tools is a plus (e.g., DICOM viewers, medical simulation software, electronic health records).
  • Previous experience with clinical guideline development or medical education content.
  • Published case reports, guideline contributions, or relevant peer-reviewed research.
