We are seeking a skilled Employer Branding Specialist to collaborate with our Global Recruiting Team in developing compelling employer brands that attract top talent worldwide.

  • Partner with recruiters globally to understand hiring goals and translate them into effective employer brand initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and design teams to create engaging, on-brand recruitment campaigns across digital and social channels.
  • Utilize AI tools to generate content that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Curate and amplify employee stories, culture content, and thought leadership across platforms like Instagram and career sites.
  • Build and support internal communications, including employee referral campaigns and culture engagement initiatives.

To ensure your success, you will bring the following skillset & experience:

  • Hands-on experience with design tools like Canva and Adobe Photoshop, as well as AI-driven design agents to scale creative assets.
  • Experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or a related field within talent acquisition or communications.
  • A social media mindset with a knack for creating content that drives engagement and builds community across platforms.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to turn business needs into engaging, people-first messaging.
  • A strategic mindset paired with a creative, out-of-the-box approach, thriving in fast-moving, collaborative environments.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with marketing, design, and recruiting teams across global time zones.
