Logistics Lead Position

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Lead to implement Manhattan Active solutions, ensuring efficient warehouse operations and optimal system performance.

As a key member of our logistics operations team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise, overseeing integrations, troubleshooting issues, and fostering team development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture processes and configurations.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Analyze system performance and recommend improvements to enhance scalability and reliability.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance team knowledge and skills in Manhattan Active.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Manhattan WM Active.
  • Overall, 8-10 years of support experience in Manhattan 2014/2018/2020 versions.
  • Experience with inbound and outbound processes, including pre-receiving, receiving, putaway, order fulfillment, allocation, replenishment, cubing, tasking, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Good SQL understanding to write queries to filter data.
  • Manhattan ProActive experience is an asset.
  • Knowledge of templating languages Velocity and FreeMarker is an asset.
  • Python knowledge is an asset.
  • Manhattan SCI knowledge is an asset.

Certifications:

  • Proactive Manhattan Certification is required.
