As a highly experienced and accomplished technical leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving system design and platform architecture decisions. You will be responsible for building scalable systems using Java (Spring Boot) and event-driven architectures, as well as solving real-time challenges in search, pricing, and booking workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective system designs and platform architectures
  • Design and build scalable, resilient systems using Java (Spring Boot) and event-driven architectures
  • Address complex, high-throughput challenges in search, pricing, and booking workflows
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of critical initiatives from conception to deployment
  • Lead multiple concurrent projects with significant impact
  • Mentor teams while tackling intricate technical challenges
Requirements
  • 8-12 years of backend development experience
  • Deep expertise in Java (Spring Boot, Hibernate)
  • A skilled developer who can code, architect, and lead by example
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting timelines
  • Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders - Product teams, Clients, and Cross-functional tech teams
  • Experience with distributed systems and event-driven architectures
  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases (ScyllaDB, MongoDB)
  • Proficiency in performance optimization and latency tuning
  • A strong ownership mindset with a proven track record of delivering mission-critical projects
