Job Title: Human Resources Manager - All Rounder

We are seeking a dynamic and multi-skilled HR professional to handle end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, and more.

Main Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment Process: job posting, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
  • Manage onboarding process and documentation

Payroll Processing:

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
  • Handle salary calculations, PF, ESI, deductions, reimbursements
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations

Employee Relations & Administration:

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and shift schedules
  • Address employee queries and grievances
  • Support employee engagement activities and events

HR Documentation & Compliance:

  • Prepare HR policies, letters, appointment and relieving letters
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in HR - recruitment, payroll, and generalist functions
  • Knowledge of Payroll Software (e.g., Tally, GreytHR, or similar)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
