Personal Assistant to the CEO

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer in Raipur.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in administrative roles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for delivering exceptional support services.

  • Manage the CEO's schedule, arrange meetings and appointments
  • Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and phone calls
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents for internal and external meetings
  • Liaise with hospital departments, vendors, and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
  • Organize travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
  • Assist in drafting communications, memos, and official letters
  • Follow up on tasks and projects assigned by the CEO to various departments
  • Support in organizing events, board meetings, and strategic reviews

To be considered for this role, you should have:

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or Admin Coordinator (preferably in healthcare or corporate settings)
  • Strong command of written and spoken English and Hindi
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
