About The Role
Gravity Engineering Services is looking for proactive Marketing / Email Associate / Lead Generation Interns to support our B2B sales pipeline through research, outreach, and CRM coordination. This is a great opportunity for MBA freshers or recent graduates eager to gain real-world marketing and lead generation experience.

Responsibilities
Conduct cold calls, LinkedIn and email outreach

Research and qualify potential B2B leads

Schedule meetings and coordinate with the sales team

Maintain and update CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce preferred)

Track KPIs: lead volume, conversions, meetings booked

Collaborate with sales & marketing for smooth lead handovers

Assist in database creation and content input

Eligibility & Skills
Bachelor's degree (MBA in Marketing preferred)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms

Basic knowledge of Canva/email marketing tools is a plus

Well-organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn

Willing to work full-time on-site from Raipur or Patna

Comfortable with a ₹10K fixed monthly stipend
