Senior Treasury and Risk Management Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Senior Treasury and Risk Management Specialist, driving strategic initiatives and implementing innovative solutions across the organization. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise in treasury operations, risk management, and SAP TRM/ TMS to deliver exceptional results.

Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for configuring system basis blueprinting documents, supporting assignments involving international corporate organizations in their TMS/ SAP TRM and Risk Management implementation, and setting up treasury functions. You will also take-up business development initiatives, create proposals, responses to RFPs, thought leaderships, etc., and interact independently with CXO level and coach junior team members for excellent client delivery and career development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Treasury Operations Expertise: Strong understanding of treasury policies, processes, procedures, and reporting requirements, preferably in SAP TRM/ TMS environment.
  • Risk Management Expertise: Basic to moderate level of understanding of Spot and Derivative market operations for interest rates and foreign exchange products, including risk management (hedging strategies) and valuation aspects.
  • SAP TRM Configuration Expertise: Proficiency in SAP TRM configuration, with prior experience in end-to-end implementation for specific components like Cash and Liquidity, Bank Account Management, Risk Management etc.
  • Cash and Liquidity Management Expertise: Deep understanding of cash and liquidity management, in-house bank setup, Notional and Physical Cash pooling, borrowings management, investments management, Bank Communication Management within SAP environment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to interact with C-Suite.
