Job Description:

As a key member of our finance team, you will play a pivotal role in managing treasury operations across our global platform. This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization and contribute your expertise to drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in cash management, banking operations, and forex risk mitigation including hedging strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions, ensuring effective communication with bankers and wealth advisors.
  • Collaborate with the Treasury Head to set up/update internal policies, controls, and procedures, enhancing internal processes for optimal performance.
  • Prepare and monitor company cash forecasts and cash flows, manage day-to-day banking, daily/monthly cash flow, and other reporting coordination for balance confirmation etc.
  • Ensure all audits are completed, including statutory, internal, special audits, etc.
  • Coordinate with wealth management teams of banks and financial institutions to maximize returns on investments within guidelines signed off by the Board.
  • Minimize currency risk/forex exposure by timely securing hedges, setting up inter-company cross-currency exchange, and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Support risk management and cover all risks including forex, fixed assets, cash, inventory etc.
  • Negotiate and evaluate limits, ODs, loans, debt structures, and investments with bankers.
  • Evaluate, develop, and implement cash management and other systems to optimize efficiency and cost.
  • Drive digitization and implement innovative solutions across the O2C and P2P process, staying up-to-date on fintech and market developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Treasury Knowledge: In-depth understanding of treasury functions including cashflow management, various financial instruments, risk management processes, forex management, liquidity, investment/wealth management, etc.

Financial Knowledge: Strong grasp of banking setups and processes, financial markets, forex, treasury risks, financial instruments, debt instruments, etc.

Sound understanding of accounting principles

Stakeholder Management: Banking/insurance relationships and understanding of covenants.

Ability to work autonomously and be part of the broader team.

Strong client relationship management and customer service skills
