Industrial Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Production Trainee to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Assisting in day-to-day production activities under supervision
• Operating machines and equipment safely and efficiently
• Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production and quality control
• Ensuring high-quality standards are maintained during the production process
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Reporting any issues or abnormalities to the supervisor promptly

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Relevant ITI or Diploma certification
• Strong interest in production work and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes an asset

• Excellent learning attitude and discipline
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to report effectively
