Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce professional to join our team as a Lead Salesforce Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of Salesforce projects and initiatives, prioritizing KTLO/Enhancements track of work items, and ensuring delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, maintainable, and aligned with our enterprise architecture and best practices Salesforce solutions.
- Lead the planning and execution of Salesforce projects and initiatives.
- Prioritize KTLO/Enhancements track of work items and ensure delivery.
- Lead and mentor junior and senior developers in technical and functional areas.
- Promote best practices, perform solution and code reviews, and ensure appropriate design patterns are being followed.
- Work with GTM systems team/Rev Ops & business stakeholders to define requirements of Salesforce system enhancements.
- Identify opportunities to modify requirements to utilize application best practices, provide scalability, ensure data hygiene, and increase user adoption.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and features, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in our Salesforce solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience implementing SFDC CRM capabilities.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Experience cloud product knowledge.
- Experience developing customer-facing interfaces.
- Data analysis, data governance, and logical thinking skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce development tools, such as Apex, Triggers, JavaScript, Visual Force, LWC, SOQL, REST API, Bulk API etc.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architectures, data models, and best practices.
- Experience with the Life Cycle of Development including Salesforce Deployment/Packaging using Metadata API, Version Control, Change Set and code coverage.
- Proficient with flows, approvals, email to case, entitlements, sandbox configurations, and other admin configurations.
- Knowledge of security and governance (profiles, permission sets, data visibility, sharing settings).
- Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with business stakeholders/other Salesforce team members.
