JOB DESCRIPTION

The Salesforce Architect will be responsible for the design, development and support of applications that will run on the Salesforce. This includes Experience, Commerce and Sales module

Collaborate and align with platform architects, and product/BAs to translate business requirements into smart solutions on Salesforce

Should have extensive experience in Designing Salesforce applications, solution blueprinting, effort estimation, and creating work plans

Should have strong experience in hands-on development using out-of-box features and custom development with Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, and other programming languages including high proficiency in lightning

Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing technology solutions including integrations with other enterprise software solutions

Build and develop web services using REST, SOAP, and other Salesforce APIs to support various integration points with other systems

Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including discovery, analysis, requirements definition, solution design, configuration, code development, testing, peer code review, deployment, and support

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a technical area or equivalent job experience

7+ years of experience working in an IT environment with 4+ years of experience on Salesforce & platform and Architecture.

3+ years of experience in custom development on the platform using Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, HTML

Strong experience in Salesforce Architect and Lightning

Experience and familiarity with Salesforce out-of-box features including Experience and B2B Commerce Cloud

Experience with Lightning components, Lightning Connect, Lightning App builder, Lightning Schema builder and Lightning design system

Understanding of best practices and SFDC coding standards

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of deployment tools like IDE, Migration Tool, Azure DevOps

Experience on integration tools like MuleSoft, Azure Data Factory

Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant 

Salesforce Certified Application Architect

Strong problem-solving, analytic, conceptual and critical thinking skills

Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills

Experience working with global teams
