Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Backend Software Engineer to join our organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Software Design and Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs using Golang programming language.
  • Application Development: Build scalable, reliable, and high-performance applications with optimal efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end features and functionalities.
  • Code Quality and Maintenance: Write clean, maintainable, efficient, and secure code following industry standards.
  • Optimization and Troubleshooting: Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability while debugging, troubleshooting, and upgrading existing systems.
  • Security and Data Protection: Implement robust security measures and best practices for data protection.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Participate in code reviews, design discussions, agile ceremonies, and effective communication with team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in Golang development (minimum 1-2 years) with strong knowledge of concurrency patterns and Go routines.
  • APIs and Architecture: Experience with RESTful APIs, gRPC, or microservices architecture for building scalable applications.
  • Databases: Proficiency in working with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud platforms.
  • Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for containerization and orchestration.
  • Additional Skills: Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is beneficial for working with multiple environments.
  • Problem-Solving and Communication: Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
