Highly Skilled Backend Developer Wanted

We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Ruby on Rails and JavaScript front-end technologies.
The Senior Developer will work with our team to troubleshoot and improve current back-end applications and processes. You should be analytical, results-driven, and have excellent communication, computer, and project management skills.
As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for compiling and analyzing data, processes, and code to identify areas for improvement. You will also collaborate with front-end developers to establish objectives and design more functional code.
The role involves developing new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends. You will record data and report it to the necessary parties, as well as participate in continuing education and training to stay up-to-date with best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compile and analyze data, processes, and code to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive code to enhance the user experience.
- Develop ideas for new programs, products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends.
- Record data and report it to proper parties.
- Participate in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new programming languages, and better assist other team members.
