Job Overview

This role is responsible for overseeing the design, delivery and optimization of IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading teams to deliver strategic projects, enhancing existing systems and ensuring compliance with established service levels.

The successful candidate will be able to determine and execute the IT operations framework and solution lifecycle. They will also have a strong understanding of cloud architecture, integration and migration, as well as overall system architecture, data disaster recovery and physical and virtual system resiliency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Infrastructure Management: Design, build and run IT solutions in accordance with established service levels.
  • Team Leadership: Lead teams of engineers and managers to deliver strategic projects.
  • Project Management: Engage with business partners to create, communicate and deliver IT roadmaps that enable strategic business objectives.
  • Collaboration: Cultivate strong relationships with business, functional, solution & service partners to enable effective cross-team collaboration, knowledge sharing, and problem solving.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • IT Infrastructure: Strong understanding and working knowledge on Windows and Linux server environments, Oracle and SQL databases and SAN and NAS storages.
  • Cloud Architecture: Indepth understanding and working experience on Cloud architecture, integration and migration (Azure, GCP, AWS, IBM).
  • System Architecture: Good knowledge of database design and data analysis, as well as overall system architecture, data disaster recovery, physical and virtual system resiliency.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead teams of 20+ engineers and leads, and introduce change of infrastructure/application environment.
