Medical Coding Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Coding Professional to join our team. As a key member of our revenue cycle operations, you will be responsible for assigning accurate and compliant diagnosis and procedure codes from medical records.

This is an excellent opportunity for those passionate about the healthcare industry and coding standards. If you possess a strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology, and are familiar with CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding guidelines, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign correct diagnosis and procedure codes from medical records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with official coding guidelines.
  • Work on various specialties such as E/M, Surgery, Radiology, IPDRG, ED, or Anesthesia, depending on the project requirement.
  • Review denied claims and update codes as per payer feedback, if applicable.
  • Meet daily/weekly productivity and accuracy benchmarks, working collaboratively with QA and billing teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Any graduate (preferably Life Sciences, Paramedical, or Allied Health)
  • Certification (mandatory for freshers): AAPC or AHIMA certification – CPC, COC, CCS, or equivalent
  • Experience: Freshers with valid certification can apply, while 1–3 years' experience in outpatient, inpatient, or specialty coding is preferred
