Job Opportunity: Advanced Machine Learning Expert

We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished machine learning expert to spearhead the development of sophisticated AI applications.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge machine learning solutions by evaluating models, training, and fine-tuning them. As a senior member of the team, you will take ownership of projects, collaborating with engineers and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Design, develop, and operationalize existing machine learning models by fine-tuning and personalizing them.
  • Evaluate machine learning models and perform necessary tuning.
  • Develop prompts that instruct large language models to generate relevant and accurate responses.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to analyze and preprocess datasets for prompt development, including data cleaning, transformation, and augmentation.

You will also be responsible for conducting thorough analysis to evaluate large language model responses, iteratively modifying prompts to improve performance.

Additionally, you will build and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines on cloud platforms involving data warehouses, machine learning platforms, dashboards or CRM tools.

Proven experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments for real-life applications is essential.

Good understanding of natural language processing, computer vision, or other deep learning techniques is required.

Expertise in Python, NumPy, Pandas, and various machine learning libraries (e.g., XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, LangChain) is necessary.

Familiarity with cloud platforms and their machine learning services is also required.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
