Job Description

The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the accounting team, ensuring timely execution of financial tasks, and providing guidance to staff members.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the accounting team in processing timesheets and generating invoices.
  • Coordinate with payroll, audit, and assignment teams.
  • Manage miscellaneous income/revenue and approve payroll & billing adjustments.
  • Resolve timesheet and pay-related issues.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Demonstrates strong leadership skills and ability to mentor team members.
  • Has a deep understanding of US billing & payroll processes.
  • Achieves effective cross-functional communication.
