We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cloud Solutions Specialist to lead and drive enterprise-level cloud initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in cloud migration, security, governance, and compliance within Microsoft 365. A strong understanding of IT service management and software development methodologies is also essential.

The selected candidate will be responsible for architecting, configuring, and managing Microsoft cloud services such as Exchange Online, Intune, and Entra ID. Additionally, they will oversee the implementation of cloud-based security solutions and ensure the overall reliability and performance of our Microsoft 365 environment.

This role requires both hands-on technical ability and leadership skills to mentor junior engineers, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver successful cloud transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end cloud migration projects ensuring minimal disruption and high-quality delivery
  • Architect, configure, and manage Microsoft cloud services for data governance, compliance, and information protection
  • Oversee and implement cloud-based security solutions including conditional access, role-based access control, and threat protection
  • Manage and optimize cloud environments including migrations, hybrid setups, and performance tuning
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 7+ years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years focused on Microsoft 365 / Modern Workplace solutions
  • Hands-on expertise in cloud migration, security, governance, and compliance within Microsoft 365
  • Strong understanding of IT service management and software development methodologies
  • Proven experience leading a team or serving as a technical lead on large-scale projects
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with PowerShell automation for Microsoft 365 administration
  • Familiarity with Defender for Office 365 / Microsoft Security stack
  • Background in enterprise-level cloud strategy and architecture
