Job Title: Data Architect SpecialistAbout the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing data solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. This includes creating scalable architectures, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data ingestion, transformation, and storage strategies leveraging cloud-based technologies.
  • Establish data governance frameworks, ensure compliance, and maintain high standards of data security.
  • Monitor and optimize data pipelines and queries for performance and cost efficiency.
  • Lead a team of data engineers and analysts in delivering scalable and secure data solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recommend improvements to existing processes.
Requirements:
  • 9-12 years of experience, with 5+ years' experience in Azure Data Platform (ADF, Databricks, Synapse) and at least 1 year in cloud-based projects.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data governance.
  • Proven experience in cloud-based services, including Azure Data Services (Synapse, Data Factory, Data Lake).
