Job Title: Associate Lead UX Designer

The ideal candidate is a visionary who can think outside the box, empathize with users, and simplify solutions.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to lead our user experience design efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective user experiences that meet client needs.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Think critically, analyze data, strategize effectively, and iterate continuously.
  • Be open-minded to suggestions and criticism, maintaining an unbreakable spirit.
  • Review wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps according to Lollypop standards and client needs.
  • Design effort level scoping (LOE, SOW, and proposals) that meet client expectations.
  • Have a keen eye for finer details in design principles, concepts, layout, alignment, visualization, and other essential aspects.
  • Deliver high-quality work on time, demonstrate accountability, and have an in-depth understanding of clients and users.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.

Awareness of UX approaches and methodologies, including research, interviews, personas, task analysis, sitemap, wireframing, and prototyping.

  • Mentor designers on the latest design trends and maintain a healthy team spirit.
  • Take ownership of the team and deliverables, motivating team members to do the same.
