Web Analytics Expert

Leads the end-to-end setup and optimization of web analytics solutions to drive business growth.

  • Designs a comprehensive measurement framework that integrates multiple data sources.
  • Ensures accurate data collection and delivers actionable insights through data analysis and visualization.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Configures and maintains tracking infrastructure using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Mixpanel, and OneTrust Consent Platform to ensure seamless data collection.
  2. Defines and implements event tracking, user flow analysis, and conversion tracking to measure website performance.
  3. Built custom dashboards and reports using Mixpanel to monitor site performance and key metrics.
  4. Tracked critical user behaviors including navigation patterns, feature engagement, and drop-off points to inform product development.
  5. Optimized tracking for multi-step conversion funnels to increase conversions and revenue.
  6. Implemented A/B testing and user segmentation strategies to evaluate and enhance website performance.
  7. Validated data integrity and troubleshoot inconsistencies to ensure high-quality data.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in web analytics and tracking implementation with a strong understanding of data-driven decision-making.
  • Hands-on expertise with GTM, Mixpanel, and consent management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of event-based analytics, conversion funnels, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with privacy laws and their impact on tracking and data collection.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.
