Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned data analyst to lead our analytics efforts. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business decisions through data-driven insights.

Key responsibilities include analyzing customer behavior, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategic recommendations to enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pull relevant data from Adobe Analytics, Power BI, and Snowflake to inform analysis and present findings.
  • Provide objective assessments of customer performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Partner with stakeholders to set expected outcomes and goals for new features.
  • Summarize feature outcomes and present recommended strategies for future development.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards in Power BI to facilitate easy access to key metrics.
  • Identify optimization opportunities that increase conversion and enhance user experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
  • 6-9 years of experience in digital/eCommerce, analytics, or related fields.
  • Expertise in Web Analytic tools, particularly Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and SQL.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present to executives, non-technical, and technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and approaches.
