HR Generalist

We are seeking an HR Generalist to assist in fostering a supportive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture at Centro Hotels.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create targeted job postings. Facilitate onboarding by organizing orientation sessions and ensuring new hires feel welcomed and prepared.
- Training & Development: Coordinate and assist in implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and align with Centro's standards. Support the HR Executive in tracking training effectiveness and maintaining training records.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Act as a point of contact for employee queries, ensuring timely and empathetic responses. Help organize employee engagement activities and initiatives to enhance workplace morale and satisfaction.
- Attendance & Leave Management: Monitor attendance and leave records, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company policies. Coordinate with department heads to manage leave requests while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Payroll Support: Assist in payroll processing by ensuring attendance and leave data are accurate and up-to-date. Collaborate with the HR Executive to address payroll discrepancies promptly.
- Compliance & Policies: Maintain updated employee records and ensure confidentiality. Support compliance with labor laws and company policies through accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, confidentiality, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.
