About the Role

As a seasoned Product/UI/UX Designer, you will drive design excellence across our digital ecosystem. You will translate complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences while maintaining design system consistency at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end design thinking processes from discovery to delivery
  • Create high-fidelity prototypes wireframes and interactive mockups using industry-leading tools
  • Execute comprehensive user research including behavioral analysis journey mapping and usability testing
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on design handoffs and implementation quality assurance
  • Partner strategically with product and business teams to align design solutions with technical constraints and business objectives
  • Build and maintain scalable design systems with component libraries and design tokens

Essential Skills & Expertise:

  • Expert proficiency in Figma with advanced prototyping component systems and collaborative workflows
  • 5+ years applying design thinking methodologies persona development and user journey optimization
  • Deep understanding of WCAG 2.1 guidelines and inclusive design principles
  • Expertise in responsive design progressive enhancement and mobile UX best practices
  • Passion for staying current with design trends emerging technologies and industry best practices
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript to facilitate developer collaboration
