Electrical Panel Supervisor Job Description

Job Title: Electrical Panel Supervisor

  • Primary Responsibilities:
    • Supervise daily activities to ensure compliance with safety guidelines and regulations.
    • Ensure all testing equipment is in good working condition and perform calibration, maintenance, and upgradation as needed.
    • Actively identify and intervene in unsafe acts and conditions during testing.
    • Perform product and process training to testing engineers.
    • Monitor daily planned testing activities and manage subordinates' topics like attendance, expense claims, daily output, and behavior.
    • Communicate feedback and lessons learned to assembly and testing engineers.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering with 6 to 8 years of experience, or Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 8 to 10 years of experience in MV panel testing of AIS switchgear products.
  • Preference for Electrical Safety Diploma.
  • Exposure to field services or commissioning activities at sites is an added advantage.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills to communicate technical information.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong understanding of EHS guidelines to be followed during electrical/mechanical testing.
