Job Title: Senior Executive Direct Tax Litigation

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Direct Tax Litigation to join our team at RECEX. As a key member of our tax team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of tax returns, as well as providing expert advice on tax strategies and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and implement effective tax reduction strategies to minimize liabilities
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of each client's tax situation
  • Analyze and minimize tax liabilities by implementing tax reduction strategies
  • Prepare and file tax returns and work papers for companies, partnerships, and individuals
  • Research tax issues and assist with tax audits
  • Consult with clients to review their tax information and respond to questions and concerns
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Advise clients on tax strategies, compensation, and benefit plans, and accounting systems
  • Responsible for legally minimizing tax liabilities through the informed application of tax laws and regulations
  • Prepare and review tax calculations, estimates, and reports, accruals, and purpose partnering with country, regional, and corporate finance, tax, legal, business, and operations teams
  • Manage tax compliance reporting and filing works for the Group
  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of all corporate and personnel income tax and GST returns
  • Review current and deferred tax provision
  • Stay updated with the latest tax law changes and assist the client to implement required changes
  • Prepare updates for publishing articles and news flashes relating to taxation
Requirements:
  • Qualified CA with 14 years of experience
  • Experience in ITRs Scrutiny Assessment litigation Tax Assessments
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest tax law changes
  • Take advantage of continuing education opportunities
  • Prior experience in tax strategy implementation, planning, support, and project management will be advantageous
  • Should understand deadlines and be ready to work in a timely manner
