We are seeking a skilled PME Manager to join our RSC Operations organisation in the Process & Manufacturing Engineering central Metier Director team.

As a PME Manager, you will lead improvements of IS-&-Tools to answer operation needs in close relationship with Digital Data management team, assess and identify Indus & Manufacturing processes performance improvements, ensure alignment of Domains Network, and support process transformation through PLM4A uses cases and implementation cross sites.

The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of Process Engineering, Industrial processes, and current Industrial digital tools, as well as a global understanding of overall internal processes.

Required skills include ability to analyse, extract essentials facts, synthesise, prepare clear presentation and reporting to management, good communication skills, decision-making capabilities, drive to achieve results, and ability to put organisation under tension.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in Railway industry (RS and/or Compo) within Industrialization organisation is required, with a crossing in IS&T being a plus. PIM or RLi profile are welcome.
