We are seeking a highly skilled PME Manager to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our RSC Operations organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of our industrialization and manufacturing processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process engineering and industrial processes, with a proven track record of improving efficiency and productivity. You will be responsible for leading improvements to our IS-&-Tools, working closely with our Digital Data management team to ensure seamless integration and alignment of our domains network.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading improvements to IS-&-Tools to meet operational needs
  • Assessing and identifying opportunities for process performance improvements
  • Ensuring alignment of domains network and coordinating with central Metier or Site teams
  • Supporting process transformation through PLM4A uses cases and implementation
  • Interface with M&T team for deploying standalone initiatives to a global Alstom solution

Required profile:

Technical Competencies

  • Good knowledge of process engineering
  • Good knowledge of industrial processes and current industrial digital tools
  • Global understanding of overall internal processes

Soft Skills

  • Ability to analyze and extract essential facts
  • Ability to synthesize and prepare clear presentations and reporting
  • Good communication skills
  • Decision-making skills and drive to achieve results

Experience: 5 years' experience in the Railway industry within Industrialization organization. A crossing in IS&T is a plus. PIM or RLi profile are welcome.
