Enterprise MSP/VMS Talent Program Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to own day-to-day coordination for an enterprise-level managed service provider (MSP)/vendor management system (VMS) talent program. This is a long-term contract with potential for permanent employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the VMS team on requisition intake, clarifications, service level agreements, and escalations.
  • Screen candidates based on must-have skills, rate, location, and notice period; run brief skills checks when required.
  • Prepare, quality-check, and submit resumes in the VMS; verify documentation and ensure audit readiness.
  • Coordinate interviews end-to-end across time zones; confirm panels and logistics.
  • Maintain live pipelines, trackers, and weekly reports (submittals, interviews, offers, starts).
  • Monitor bill-rate/markup compliance and turnaround times; clear blockers quickly.
  • Collaborate with U.S. recruiters and offshore sourcers; facilitate concise daily stand-ups.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3–6 years of experience in staffing operations, MSP/VMS coordination, or enterprise recruiting coordination.
  • Hands-on experience with major VMS platforms (e.g., Beeline/Fieldglass) and applicant tracking systems (ATS) (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday).
  • Strong resume quality control (QC), job description deconstruction, and candidate screening abilities.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency; Outlook/Teams/SharePoint expertise.
  • Clear written and spoken English; consistent U.S. overlap availability.
