Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Finance professional to lead our Plant Reporting and Consolidation efforts. This role will be responsible for providing critical insights into business performance, driving decision-making, and shaping the future of our organization.

About the Role

This is a dynamic position that requires a strong finance background, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under pressure.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial reporting frameworks to drive business decisions
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability
  • Leverage expertise in Excel, Powerpoint, and SAP FI-CO Module to drive business outcomes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in finance and controlling
Requirements
  • CA/ICWA or equivalent qualification
  • Proven track record in finance and controlling functions
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Able to work in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of approximately 120,000 - 150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
