Job Description:

  • Maintain open communication channels through effective inbound and outbound call handling, providing accurate information about hospital services and doctors' availability.
  • Capture and record call data accurately, ensuring seamless integration into CRM/HMIS systems for efficient patient management.
  • Collaborate closely with front office and clinical teams to ensure smooth patient experience and successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all types of patient inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups professionally and empathetically.
  • Provide detailed information about available services and doctors, ensuring patients make informed decisions.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders to resolve patient concerns and issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • A graduate or undergraduate degree with strong verbal and written communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
  • Prior experience in hospital/healthcare telecalling is preferred but not mandatory; however, the ideal candidate should possess basic computer proficiency (MS Office) and HMIS/CRM system knowledge.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.
