About This Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Specialist to join our team at Gartner. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to analyze complex contracts and identify key variances.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn about different vendor contracts and optimize costs for clients. You will work closely with internal subject matter experts to help clients identify critical issues in their contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with internal associates and subject matter experts to provide contract review services.
  • Analyze contracts and commercial terms to identify potential risks and benefits.
  • Extract relevant commercial terms and pricing data from clients' contracts.
  • Develop a deep understanding of contract variations and standard/non-standard terms.
  • Manage creation of contract benchmarks within Gartner systems based on vendor categories.
  • Perform quality assurance testing of completed work.
  • Ensure that all SLAs are met and fully supported across all varied requests.

Requirements:

  • 0 to 1.5 years of prior experience in contract analysis or a related field.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environment and changing business requirements.
  • Ability to effectively process high volume and variety of incoming requests by multi-tasking.
  • Experience handling multiple priority activities/projects at once within allotted SLA.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship building, and time management skills.
