Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver daily classroom training on programming and/or full-stack development skills.
  • Design and implement engaging learning activities, materials, and resources that align with industry standards.
  • Provide personalized support by understanding student needs and delivering tailored guidance throughout the program.
  • Actively assist and resolve student queries and issues promptly, providing mentorship and coaching.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and improvements based on student feedback and industry trends.
  • Develop a teaching philosophy that inspires student learning and achievement.
  • Review student deliverables for accuracy and quality.
  • Manage a class size of 70-100 students, ensuring engagement and effective learning outcomes.
  • Stay current with professional development in both pedagogy and software development practices.

About the Role

We seek experienced professionals to train and mentor students in cutting-edge technologies such as Generative AI, AI/ML, MERN Stack, and Full Stack Development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Deliver engaging sessions on Gen AI, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, MERN Stack, and Full Stack technologies.
  • Develop structured learning material, hands-on projects, and case studies.
  • Mentor and guide learners to build practical, industry-ready skills.
  • Travel to different states for delivering offline training/workshops as needed.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and continuously improve content and pedagogy.
