Job Title: Servicing Asset Performance Excellence

 

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving asset performance excellence by leveraging predictive analytics and AI-ML based solutions. Your primary goal will be to monitor and analyze asset health, performance, and reliability, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Functional experience with AI-ML based predictive analytics applications such as GE SmartSignal, Prometheus APM, Aspen Mtell, Aveva Prism, etc.
  2. Analyze and monitor asset health, performance, efficiency, and reliability using predictive analytics solutions.
  3. Monitor plant performance and operational data to drive improvements in performance, efficiency, and reliability using advanced predictive analytics tools.
  4. Maintain and enhance the quality of predictive models by adjusting reference data, thresholds, model bounds, and remapping tags to minimize false alerts.
  5. Collaborate closely with the customer reliability team on-site to prevent unplanned downtime and equipment failures.
  6. Develop predictive analytic models by interpreting plant processes from P&ID, outage reports, and OEM documents.
  7. Prioritize alarms and conditions based on risks and consequences.
  8. Monitor historical data, analyze model-generated trends, monitor equipment performance, and predict component health.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in predictive analytics and AI-ML based solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
