Service Delivery Manager

This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for addressing customer complaints, evaluating and resolving problems in a timely and effective manner.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure prompt and efficient repairs/solutions to guarantee optimal system performance and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve warranty customer complaints within the stipulated timeframe and provide proactive services as scheduled.
  • Maintain an adequate stock of spare parts to cater to immediate services and enhance customer satisfaction.

Upselling and Revenue Growth:

  • Upsell products and services to secure repeat customers and generate revenue from existing clients.
  • Generate new service business and meet set targets.

Customer Feedback and Quality Assurance:

  • Collect customer feedback during periodic maintenance and address any grievances.
  • Pursue services that adhere to defined quality standards and follow safety guidelines.

Team Leadership and Development:

Establish and maintain a team of skilled service engineers to improve service efficiency.
