Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned MERN Developer with expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) to craft high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain full-stack web applications using React (front-end) and Node.js/Express.js (back-end).
  • Create schemas, write optimized queries, and ensure efficient integration with MongoDB and MySQL databases.
  • Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services/microservices for seamless data exchange.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize applications for scalability, performance, and security.
  • Participate in Agile practices such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for code, APIs, and deployment processes.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends in MERN technologies and contribute ideas to enhance development workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is preferred.

Experience:

  • 23 years of proven experience in full-stack development with the MERN stack.

Technical Skills

Front-end Development:

  • Proficiency in React.js (hooks, state management with Redux/Context API, component lifecycle).

Back-end Development:

  • Strong experience with Node.js & Express.js for server-side development.

Database Management:

  • Solid understanding of MongoDB (schema design, indexing, aggregation) and working knowledge of MySQL.

Programming Languages:

  • Expertise in JavaScript (ES6+) and familiarity with TypeScript.
