Senior MERN Stack Developer

to join our growing engineering team and lead the development of scalable, high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, develop, and maintain robust full-stack applications using
    MERN (MongoDB, , React, )

.
- Design & implement secure, efficient, and well-documented
RESTful APIs

for web and mobile clients.
- Utilize
Python

for backend tasks: data processing, automation scripting, and microservices.
- Enhance
DevOps pipelines (CI/CD)

and improve system monitoring, deployment, and reliability with
Docker, Jenkins, and Kubernetes

.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through
code reviews, pair programming, and technical leadership

.
- Own the
end-to-end lifecycle

of features: design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

What We're Looking For (Must-Haves)

  • 4–5 years of
    professional full-stack development experience

- Proven expertise in
MERN stack

and deploying production-grade applications.
- Strong proficiency in
Python

for backend development and automation.
- Experience with
cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

and
DevOps practices

.
- Solid understanding of
software architecture, system design, and data modeling

.
- Strong
problem-solving & communication skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Familiarity with
    AI/ML libraries

(TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Experience with
microservices architecture

Kubernetes
