Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Program Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

The Aerospace Program Manager will be responsible for supporting all industrial activities involving technical data packs from OEMs. This includes tooling, manufacturing, quality, program management, and supply management with Indian offset partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Head of Industrial Support on all issues and day-to-day activities.
  • Analyze and align the industrial capabilities of IOPs and industries with DA.
  • Interpretation and evaluation of OEM data packs and preparation of MBOM/Manufacturing data.
  • Problem-solving skills in production environments.
  • Closely manage issues involving tooling's, interchangeability, qualification plans, industrialization, and production engineering.
  • Monitoring end-to-end industrialization plans and coordination with supplier shop floor teams.
  • Proactive identification of risks, development of action plans, escalation, and resolution of bottlenecks.

Qualifications and Experience:

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical/Aeronautical) degree, good knowledge of aerospace primary parts manufacturing/assembly, industrialization, and production engineering. Additionally, they should have program management/executive and supply management skills, work independently, manage conflicts, interpret drawings/CATIA, and have working knowledge of computer applications (MS Excel, Project & Presentation). A minimum of 12-15 years' experience in the aerospace sector is required.
