Job Summary:
Front Desk AmbassadorThe Front Desk Ambassador will be the primary point of contact for students, faculty, and guests. This role requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to ensure seamless interactions.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Guest Relations: Manage front desk operations, handle guest inquiries, and address accommodation-related concerns in a timely manner.
- Student Support: Act as a liaison between students and administration for hostel-related queries, complaints, and issues.
- Accommodation Management: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth functioning of guesthouse facilities, bookings, and services.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of visitor data, appointment schedules, and check-in/check-out logs.
- Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to multitask, handle pressure situations calmly, and resolve issues efficiently.
