Interior Designer Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Designer to join our team. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating aesthetically pleasing and functional interior spaces that meet the exacting needs of our clients.

About the Role
  • Create conceptual design ideas and building interior drawings that address project requirements.
  • Analyze user requirements and participate in research, conceptual, and development of designs.
  • Present and express architectural interior design ideas and planning through free-hand sketches.
  • Work collaboratively with other disciplines and coordinate tasks effectively.
  • Prepare complete sets of construction drawings, documents, and specifications for architectural interior design.
Requirements

To be successful as an Interior Designer, you will need:

  • B.Arch., M'Arch, B'ID, M'ID in architecture or relevant degree.
  • 4-10 years of relevant experience with good technical competency.
  • Excellent knowledge of primary software such as Revit, Sketchup, AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Additional software knowledge such as Dynamo, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Navis Works is a plus.
Key Qualifications
  • Texture and material product selection expertise.
  • Furniture, decorative lighting, equipment, and window treatment product selection and specification skills.
  • Ergonomics understanding.
  • Architectural interior lighting knowledge.
  • Sanitary fixtures, fitting, and accessory products expertise.
  • Disability codes and layout applicability understanding.
  • Material sample board creation skills.
Soft Skills
  • Positive work ethic and ability to work in a demanding environment.
  • Intermediate to advanced Revit skills for architectural interior design concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong English language proficiency.
