Record to Report (R2R) Professional

We are seeking experienced professionals for Record to Report (R2R) roles, encompassing Team Lead and Manager positions. The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in R2R processes and proven team handling experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee comprehensive Record to Report (R2R) processes.
  • Team handling experience is mandatory for Team Lead and Manager positions.
  • Drive operational efficiency and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Education: A Commerce Graduate degree is required.
  • Communication Skills: Decent communication skills are necessary.
  • Notice Period: Maximum 30 days.

Experience & Compensation:

  • 6+ years of experience in R2R (including 1+ year as Team Lead): Up to ₹8.3 LPA
  • 8+ years of experience in R2R (including 2+ years as Assistant Manager): Up to ₹13.5 LPA
  • 11+ years of experience in R2R (including 2+ years as Manager): Up to ₹20.5 LPA

Work Schedule & Benefits:

  • Shift: 5:30 PM - 2 AM
  • Transportation: Both-side cab service provided.
