Job Description:

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in IT and at least 4+ years' experience in cloud environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of software testing lifecycle, test case preparation, and execution.
  • Experience working with Azure Data Bricks / Pyspark is required.
  • Familiarity with Azure Data Factory is an asset.
  • Proficiency in various testing frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
  • Proven experience in testing medium to large-scale projects.
  • Strong understanding of data warehouse and data mart testing.
  • Skills in identification and test data preparation techniques.
  • Leadership experience in managing test teams.
  • Extensive experience in back-end/ETL testing with advanced SQL skills.
  • Understanding of data quality frameworks and large data sets.
  • Experience in data analysis, including profiling, auditing, balancing, and reconciliation, in an IT operating environment.
  • Defect tracking experience using Jira or similar tools.
