We are seeking a visionary Supply Chain Operations Manager to lead the optimization of our entire supply chain process. From procurement and inventory management to logistics and distribution, this critical role will ensure operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and seamless coordination across departments, vendors, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, warehousing, inventory, and logistics management.
  • Negotiate and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor supply chain performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with production, sales, finance, and logistics teams to forecast demand and manage supply chain activities.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage import/export activities and customs clearance as required.
  • Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks in supply chain disruptions and ensure business continuity.
  • Mentor and manage the supply chain team to foster professional growth and efficiency.

To succeed in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, is preferred. Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning is essential. Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, MS Excel, and supply chain management software is also necessary.
