Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished system administrator to oversee and maintain our enterprise-level Linux infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of IT operations, with a strong focus on systems management, security, and automation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Infrastructure Management: Install, configure, and manage Linux servers to ensure high availability and disaster recovery.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Provide advanced technical support for complex issues related to Linux, troubleshoot problems, and perform root cause analysis.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of Linux systems, implement best practices for resource allocation, and conduct capacity planning and scaling.
  • Security & Compliance: Implement robust security policies, ensure compliance with organizational standards, and perform regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
  • Automation & Scripting: Develop and maintain automation scripts for routine tasks and deployments, utilizing tools like Ansible, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise: 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations, 3+ years of experience with Linux administration, and strong knowledge of scripting languages, particularly Bash and Python.
  • Preferred Skills: Experience with containerization technologies, network configurations, load balancing, and firewall management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification: Red Hat Certified Engineer or equivalent certification.
  • Experience: Hybrid cloud environments, DevOps practices and tools, monitoring tools, and familiarity with Docker, GitLab, Prometheus, Grafana, and more.
