Job Overview

As a Procurement Systems Specialist, you will play a key role in streamlining our procurement processes to drive operational efficiency and compliance. You will be responsible for managing procurement systems, developing and optimizing workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze current procurement processes and identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to enhance productivity and compliance.

- Develop and maintain performance tracking systems, including dashboards and reports, to monitor key performance indicators and track progress against goals.

- Ensure adherence to procurement policies and regulations by conducting audits and developing corrective action plans.

- Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement system improvements, resolve technical issues, and integrate procurement systems with other business applications.
