Senior Leadership Position

This is a key role responsible for developing, leading, and executing the comprehensive fundraising and brand communication strategy.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the implementation of the Fund Development & Communication strategy aligned with strategic goals;
  • Maintain partnerships with donors and stakeholders;
  • Enhance visibility and influence through media engagement and industry participation;
Fundraising Strategy
  • Design and execute integrated fundraising campaigns across individual partnership, corporate partnership, high-net-worth individual engagement, institutional donors, legacy partners, and digital fundraising;
  • Expand and diversify income sources, focusing on unrestricted funding growth and donor retention;
Communication and Branding
  • Lead the development of the communication and branding strategy to increase visibility and support fundraising;
  • Ensure consistent messaging across internal and external communication platforms;
Team Management
  • Build, mentor, and lead fundraising and communication teams;
  • Foster a results-driven and collaborative culture focused on innovation, integrity, and accountability;
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field;
  • Minimum 15-17 years of experience in fundraising, marketing, and communications;
  • Proven track record in leading successful fundraising campaigns and securing high-value partnerships;
  • Strong understanding of donor management, digital marketing, and branding;
  • Experience working in multicultural environments;
