As a seasoned Financial Operations Manager, you will lead the financial management and control functions across multiple businesses.

About the Role

This strategic and results-oriented role is responsible for overseeing the entire accounting and finance function, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, and providing timely and accurate financial insights to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise, mentor, and lead the accounts and finance teams across all group companies, ensuring proper task allocation, daily follow-ups, and productivity monitoring.
  • Oversee all end-to-end accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, ledgers, and statutory compliance.
  • Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure data accuracy.
  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate training or restructuring to optimize team performance.
  • Manage the closing of books and ensure timely finalization of accounts, MIS reporting, and audits.
  • Analyze workflows and financial data to identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and tracking mechanisms to ensure complete financial and operational visibility.
  • Collaborate with team leads to implement corrective action plans and process improvements.
  • Evaluate and enhance existing accounting and finance processes by introducing new systems or automation to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Standardize financial procedures, reporting formats, and policies across all companies under the family office umbrella.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal leadership, external auditors, and other key stakeholders on financial matters.
